Seeking an ally in the process of personal growth is a big decision and I am humbled that you are considering me for that role. I will support your journey through active listening, enthusiastic encouragement, and honest, therapeutic feedback.

I have found Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to be the touchstone of effective therapy, because the way in which our thoughts and behaviors interact is the ultimate power dynamic. Once a therapeutic relationship has been established, I tend to challenge set norms and patterns of thinking and behavior with the goal of deepening personal insight and affecting positive change.

As a partner in your journey, my role is to respect your autonomy while also ensuring that honest communication is taking place and we both feel that our relationship can lead to growth and progress towards your goals.
